PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

1.Equip teachers with mastery of content and pedagogical skills, which will enable them to pass very satisfactorily in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).

2.Develop desired qualities of an effective teacher who is gender sensitive and environment conscious.

3.Undertake research activities to improve the quality of instruction.

4.Disseminate research results to teachers and other concerned individuals and institutions.

5.Produce relevant and innovative instructional materials for effective teaching.

6.Conduct continuing non-formal education and other relevant extension activities for the improvement of life in the community.

ABOUT MYSELF

Annyeong hasseyo!!!

     Hi! I'm Bai Amira L. Hadjiesmael. I'm 19 years old and currently taking Bachelor of Elementary Education at Sultan Kudarat State University, Lutayan Campus. 

         I was born in Brgy. GPS, Koronadal City on March 3, 1997. My father is Mr. Lakim M. Hadjiesmael and he is a District Supervisor in Lambayong, District II, Sultan Kudarat. My mother is Mrs. Hanina L. Hadjiesmael and she is a teacher in Quevedo Baptista Elementary School, Lutayan, Sultan Kudarat. I have 8 siblings, 4 boys and 4 girls. I obviously have a big family and I am thankful about it even though we argue sometimes.

        I am actually a simple person. I enjoy even the smallest thing and I value friendship, so much! I may be a bully but I care deep inside. I don't want seeing others in pain or hurt. I always wanted them to be happy even if myself is sad. I don't want them to feel rejection because I know how hurtful it is to be rejected. And, I always give love even if they can't give love on me.

       I have so many dreams in life, like, traveling in Seoul to see my idols and attend in their concerts. I am a  fan girl that's why it is my number one goal. But, aside from that, I want to help my siblings to finish their studies and return all the sacrifices of my parents. It may not be obvious but I really value them. Honestly, I am really tired of school, but I always have this goal. And that is to make my parents proud.
