REFLECTION
Informal assessment is very
important for the teacher to monitor the growth and progress of her pupils. It
should be never underestimated just because it is informal. In fact, this will
be your bases in conducting a formal assessment.
Just by sitting and watching the
performance or behavior of your pupils will give you insights on what should
you assessed and how would you do it. This will also be your measurement if
your pupils are doing well in your class, if they really progressed and if they
acquired knowledge or abilities.
